APPOINTMENTS/CANCELATION POLICY

We highly recommend that you make a  reservation well  in advance for treatments over 45 min. Since your appointment time is reserved for you, and without advanced notice, others are not able to fill that time, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, should you need to reschedule or cancel. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.  A $25 fee will be charged without an advanced cancellation notice.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This permits time to complete the consultation form or the process  getting to your service, regarding your expectations. Arriving late will limit the time for your service, thus lessoning its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your service will end on time so the  next client will not be delayed.

Gift certificates are redeemable for any combination of products and services. They can be purchased by mail,  by phone, or in person. Certificates must be presented at time of the appointment. They are non refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused balance of the gift certificate will remain until redeemed. If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase.

Please advised us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could effect your service and treatment.

When you are at our spa, we invite you to communicate openly with us to ensure we are meeting all your needs, whether you want the temperature adjusted or the music , changed, our goal is to create a comfortable and enjoyable session for you.

As in any service related industry, it is customary to tip between 15%  to 20% for services. Cash tips are preferred.
